Role: Project Manager – D365 CE && HR Transformation
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid: 1-2 days per month in the office)
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: 6th January 2025
Rate: Circa &£575 per day (Out of Scope of IR35)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and HR Transformation? Join us at the beginning of an exciting programme and lead pivotal implementation projects.

What We're Looking For

You&'ll be an experienced D365 CE and HR Transformation Project Manager with a strong track record of successful delivery. Key requirements include:

• Proven expertise managing D365 CE implementations and HR transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and systems, and their integration with business applications.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising with senior stakeholders and managing relationships.
• Resilience and the ability to navigate complex situations, including working with reluctant stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including RAID logs, project plans, and change management.
• A results-driven approach, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Comfortable operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead both the D365 CE implementation and the HR transformation project, ensuring alignment between the two initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment and buy-in for both workstreams.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring the programme remains on track.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

This role offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to the office in the West Midlands (1-2 days per month).
