People Project Manager (TOM/OD)

Contract Project Manager – OD/TOM. 
 
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex transformation projects, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. With a keen focus on Transformation projects (including change, people, organisation design, and (TOM). This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with strong expertise in transformation programmes, particularly within D365 CE transformation or CRM implementation environments (desirable but not essential). 
 
Start Date: ASAP/March 2025. 
Duration: 6 months. 
Rate: Up to &£575 per day (outside IR35). 
Location: Primarily remote, with travel to a Midlands office once or twice a month. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead transformation projects/workstreams with a focus on befits outcomes and change. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including HR and other departments impacted by the TOM changes. 
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. 
• Monitor project budgets and track benefits realisation throughout the programme lifecycle. 

 
About You:  

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programmes. 
• Extensive experience in project and programme management, with strong planning and organisational skills. 
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, engaging effectively with both senior leaders and operational teams. 
• Exposure to HR and business change initiatives, particularly within TOM change programmes. 
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies. 
• Experience within the housing sector would be advantageous. 
• Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills. 
• Proficient in budget management and benefits tracking.
